Iconic Investigations was established in January of 2019 and is owned and operated by David and Jeannette Crespo and Jason Hall.
We are a Certified Minority and Veteran owned business. Our base of operations is in Orlando and we serve the Southeast covering the states of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia.

Iconic Investigations is a full-service investigative company specifically tailored to investigate insurance claims, specializing
in Workers Compensation, Liability and Property/Casualty claims. Our services include Background checks, Social Media Investigations, Recorded Statements, Surveillance, Accident investigations, Activity Checks, Alive and Well Checks and
Medical Canvasses.
We have investigators that are specifically trained to handle our desktop investigations, such as social media searches, medical canvasses and background checks. Iconic Investigations Investigators are all experienced in handling Insurance Investigations. They all undergo a State Background checks in order to be licensed in addition to a background check performed by us. Investigators are provided with continuing education and training (safety included) on a regular basis.
Our vision is to provide the Southeast with a Regional Investigative Company that they know and trust. We want to ensure that our results and service put us ahead of our competitors.
David Crespo, Owner and Operator of Iconic Investigations started his career in the insurance investigative industry in 1998. He is responsible for the day to day operations of Iconic Investigations and his duties include new client acquisition, client service, hiring, implementing policies and procedures. Mr. Crespo started his career as an Insurance Claims Investigator. He interviewed claimants, secured statements, obtained substantiating records, Examinations Under Oath, Clinic Inspections and Surveillance.
Jeannette Crespo, Owner and Operator of Iconic Investigations began her career in the financial and customer service industry in 2001. At Iconic Investigations Jeannette manages and monitors the company financials, maintains current clients, establishes new leads, and educates our clients on the services we offer. She assists with implementing company policies and procedures.
Jason Hall, Owner and Operator of Iconic Investigations is an experienced Operations and Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the security and investigations industry. Specialist Hall served in the U.S. Army in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom on a Long Range Surveillance Detachment (LRS-D) team. After his tour of duty, he continued his surveillance career working as a state licensed private investigator. Later moving into operations, managing a team of investigators and in recent years has worked in sales/marketing/account management. With over 20 years of experience working in surveillance Jason can offer your team insight and advice on challenging surveillance operations.
We started this company to create something we are passionate about.
There is no satisfaction in conducting average services, simply for financial gains. Being average does not define our team. After all, our creation is a reflection of us.
